This Food Hygiene for Manufacturing course is designed for people working in any stage of food manufacturing. With best practices for food safety covered, students will learn how to cook, store and preserve food as well as a number of manufacturing processes.
Food Safety and Hygiene for Retail Level 2
This level 2 food hygiene course is designed for people working in retail. This includes various different food outlets and the course develops the students knowledge of food hygiene including the safe preparation and storage of foodstuffs. An understanding of hazards, allergens and contamination is also covered in the course.
Food Safety for Catering Level 3

HACCP Level 2
Our HACCP Level 2 course will help you gain a greater understanding around the seven HACCP principles and that they are part of the twelve steps of a HACCP plan. You will learn that food businesses must legally have food safety management systems in place and that these are based on the seven principles.
